Urban Decay’s latest Naked palette
If you’re the kind that rushes to buy each Urban Decay Naked palette, you have been warned, the Naked Ultimate Basics will be launched in November
What’s in a Naked palette? Ask an Urban Decay (UD) fan and they’ll tell you everything. As part of its Holiday 2016 collection, the brand’s new Ultimate Basics is an all-matte palette that the UD junkies have been begging for. This features 11 matte shades and one demi-matte shadow that is perfect for highlighting — making this one, versatile makeup kit, and a great gift to give and receive. And if you’re the kind who obsessively catalogues each colour, do note that all 12 shases are brand new and exclusive to this palette, as well as being completely different from the shades offered in previous palettes, Naked Basics and Naked2 Basics.
Best of all the neutral mattes in this palette, run the gamut from cool to warm tones. Great for contouring, or mixing and matching with bolder hues, the tones in this palette have been made neutral enough to suit cool skin tones as well as ladies (and gents) with olive to dark complexions. Some of the shades that founder WendeZomnir can’t get enough include Extra Bitter (a burnt orange) and Lethal (a reddish brown). Urban Decay promises fans that these are mattes with a difference, as they blend evenly with a rich, buttery feel and have great lasting power. The accompanying dual-ended Blending Brush is also the ultimate tool for a foolproof look. Have a closer look at the shades below, and hatch your purchase plan on the double.
Available at Urban Decay stores and Sephora counters from November
